The PayPal Private Limited
unit is hiring a HR Manager to handle their growth plans.
Manager, Human Resources, PayPal Private Limited, Singapore
The Human Resource Manager is responsible for all people
functions with the organization including Benefits
Administration, Compensation Analysis, Recruiting, Employee
Relations, Learning & Development, Separations, Government
Reporting and day-to-day support to Regional Office based in
Singapore
The incumbent's responsibilities and deliverables will
include :
Work with the business teams to develop hiring plans and
ensure that staffing targets are achieved. Act as a
consultant to the senior management team and provide input
on the HR implications of operational decisions and plans.
Ensure consistency in all HR policies, procedures and
practices. Ensure that accurate and timely records of
benefit plans, personnel transactions such as hires,
promotions, transfers, performance reviews, separations, and
employee statistics for government and internal reporting
are maintained. Ensure appropriate HR interface with new
hire orientation to foster positive attitude toward company
culture. Ensure that all employee benefit programs are
administered effectively. Ensure that all documentation
associated with employee terminations are in order and
review case history with HR Managers prior to termination.
Ensure that employee exit interviews are conducted and that
data gathered is analyzed and fed back to the operations
team. Ensure that the HR team co-ordinates appropriately
with Finance and Payroll functions and ensures policies,
procedures, and reporting are in compliance. Instrumental
with the coordination, screening, interviewing, and
recommendation of prospective applicants for employment, as
well as extending offers of employment to successful
candidates. Maintain effective working relationship with all
levels of the center while displaying exceptional service
and teamwork to ensure a favorable image of PayPal, Inc.
Miscellaneous related duties as assigned.
Candidates should have a Bachelors degree in business, HR,
or related field is required With 4 years plus years of
general HR experience required in a multinational
environment, preferably working with client groups within a
financial services environment
